Good movie.  Jolie does a good job, but overacts a bit.  Good story.  That LAPD has been corrupt for decades.

I didn't find her convincing as a mother. Kate Blanchett would have been better. Maybe somebody over 110lbs

I thought the movie was great. As far as her weight, i would imagine a mother who goes through that kind of experience would be frail from the stress and lack of appetite.

the corruptness of the police force was disgusting.

It was a really good movie although some of the events were stretched to say the least.
