My 1st Posing Routine

yes its lame as i made it up on the spot!, but i was nervous too as it was my 1st show. And im not 180lbs like the MC says im 164lbs, also thats Lou Zwick interviewing me at the end.

Yeh i think it was abit of nerves and habit, but i notice lots of bber do this.

Just low carbs, and did about an hour & half cardio 5 days a week.
