Steve, I'm sure you know that everyone on here will kill to have a physique like yours...including Hanky. Good job man, and good luck with the upcoming show.  ;)
you seem like the kind of guy who squeels with joy when bodybuilders shake their ass during a hip-hop music posing routine at the mr.olympia contest.

it displays your lack of neck development quite well, start training it and that could be your gimmick lol, no doubt it would blow up after a few weeks of isolation.

Most of the time I mix the 'heavy weights with pyramid sets' and the 'straight sets with higher reps' in one workout. I always do at least one exercise with really heavy weight per workout.

Now I just started my diet 1 week ago. And I started with about 330 g protein, 300 g carbs and almost no fats. My protein intake will be even higher. That amount of carbs is moderate for me. When it will be lower then I'll increase my fat intake.

You can ask more questions from me on every weekdays on www.probodybuilding.com at the Pro Live Video Chat. My chat always starts at 5 or 6 PM (U.S. Central Time) and I'll be there for 2-3 hours.

steve why would you increase fats when you lower carbs?

you lower carbs so your body will burn body fat, not so your body will burn dietary fat.

it makes no sense.

whats that supposed to mean?

you said that when you lower your carbohydrates, you increase your fat intake. so you are replcing one type of calorie with another. you have to burn up the fats you eat, before youll burn up body fat. when you lower your carbs, your supposed to keep fat intake the same, and then your body burns body fat because you just removed a bunch of energy from your diet (the carbs you cut out). why increase fat intake when lower your carbs? to burn dietary fat instead of dietary carbs? that makes no sense. lower your carbs to burn body fat instead of carbs.

I understand what you wrote... But anyway now with 330 grams of protein and 300 grams of carbs I almost don't eat any fats at all.

In the next phase I'll reduce the carbs even more and bump up my protein intake.

Then when I'll reach the 100-150 grams of carbs limit per day I'll use some fats too...and we'll see what happen.

And in the final phase I'll use the carb cycling. 3-5 days off (below 150 g...even zero too), one day on (300-400 g)...

But I'll go by the mirror.

cool. all i was saying is that you would lose more fat and have same muscle mass if you didnt include these fats here.

fats are for nattys trying to pretend to be bodybuilder.  :P

Namet, you will do anytyhing to keep reviving this thread.  Yes, that is your style... isn't it?

Namet, you are all about spamming this site with your 'chat' site!  A site that has no credibility and even less traffic.
