Looking great Steve ...

here's a suggestion : why not pose using all classic shots rather than the mandatories ?

mandatories with a twist. Study Zane, Arnie et company for reference.

I believe it would suit you much better than the regular stuff

Carbs? Between 50 and 75 g daily in the last 3 days and will be below 50 g in the next 3 days...

Then carb up for 2.5 days.

You look great, big and full still, I think you have made some improvements up top like you wanted to. That's the type of physique I aim for.

Upper body looks very tight but today your legs are pretty smooth? Maybe you trained them recently and thats why? Cause normally your quads are insane, im sure it will all come together on contest day.
