Just lifted weights for years....not a powerlifter.  Stats are nothin special...benched 485 for a few, 600lb squat and never did heavy deads....occassional set of 12 with 405 during back training.

Who cares? The real question is - how fast can you do a Tabata spin and can you keep your heart rate under 130 when you do?
