haha this isnt the first time he's owned Kai on air...Im pretty sure it was the ASC where on commentary he said Kai was no ordinary grapefruit, something along those lines

probably would have been a complete 360 to glass ways,yates would have been strict power movements and forced reps with big weight,back is something kai does not need so yates could not have done much there.
