How many calories/carbs do you fluctuate between your low, mid and high day?
0- 50gr carbs (from raw veggies and seaweed). Then every 3 or 4 days, around 400 (1600kcal).
Just essential fats (omega...)
So most days, less than 600kcal If I can, but it's really hard. Then u loose 300gr of body fat per day more or less (more than 2000kcal, of course if u train more or less hard).
