He was 277 after training... he stepped on the scale right in front of us. The guy's wrists are the size of my forearms.... he's at another scale.... rock solid.

LOL, I'm embarrassed to admit it, but last night I measured my ankles and calves......11.5" ankles and 18.5' calves, wrists are just a black pussy hair under 8.5"
