Hi- So I have a office desk job now as a Purchaser and I am starting to gain alot of weight. I have always eaten good and been in pretty good shape for the last 6 years, but now its going to shit. I REALLY need you guys to help me come up with a great meal plan with enough calories to loose some weight and gain some muscle. I still go to the gym 3-4 times, play hockey at least once a week, and do cardio about 3 other times a week. With all that I am still gaining weight.
I would try the whole low carb, high carb day program if that works as well.
Does anyone know of any GREAT programs like that? Also can anyone come up with a perfect meal plan (caloric intake etc) to help me loose weight?
Right now I am about 250-260, 26 years old, and about 6 feet 2 inches. The perfect weight for me a couple years ago when I was very serious into bodybuilding was about 220 pounds with my frame.
