I've shot in my delts, wrist, ankle......

It feels similar to the lubrication that Deca provides.

day 8 or 9,

shoulder pain gone
forearm/wrist joint pain gone
knee pain reduced

basically like DIV said, deca like lube.

Anyone else noticed the odor the stuff has?
