Yeh i know my condition sucks, but what things do i need to work on other then of course my legs?
My "5 cents":
If you want to win a local amateur comp, you need to work on nothing.
If you want to win a state amateur comp, you need to work on a bit more condition.
If you want to win a national amateur comp, you need to work on loosing muscle and getting ultra ripped.
If you want to win a amateur IFBB comp to get to the pro level, you need to work on everything.
If you want to win a IFBB pro level comp, you need to work on getting a GH gut, not coming in overly ripped and look like a fridge (JC).
