Honestly ..your calves throwme off ....your thighs should stay the same but you need bigger calves ASAP ... no thigh..more calf ... your leg structure is not the best so to create illusion you need much bigger calves ...

you could definitely imrpove your delts, front and side heads ,e sp from the front
your chest is very wide and your traps are long, making your delts look small
also your arms overpower your delts

but overall you have got a very good shape
