MattT:Ok, I haven't read the the previous pages so I will give you a little constructive criticism.
As we all can see you have good guns.
Your waist to shoulder-ratio is excellent!
Even your pecs are well developed.
Most of us have this problem: CALVES!

You lack deltoids or maybe it is an illusion because of your guns??
In my opinion you need more outer sweep of the quad and bigger delts.
And ofcourse to nail the conditioning.
