Matt T is a nice guy.  I use too work out at Mawson(where Matt goes) and he seemed very laid back.  I would usually talk about the IFBB shows with him because nobody else knows about that sorta shit.  I haven't worked out at Mawsons in about a year, but when I did, I was shocked at how many cables and machines you used, instead of free weights. It seems like that method works for your upper body, but not lower. I think for lower body it might help to get back to the basics(free weight squats, SLD). Seriously though, dudes arms look unreal in person when he is training them.

If you have trained your training style in the last year or so, sorry for the redundant advice.

Thanks Brad, yeh i still use cables and machines, im doing squats now, but not free weight just on the smith machine.  I think using the smith takes the pressure off my core or waist and i can strictly focus on the legs.  Dexter does it, Jay now uses the smith for squats now too.

Im actually posing at an angle into a mirror, so my right arms is closer to the mirror which makes it look bigger then the left.

The deltoid on (our) left looks smaller. It ain't just the angle, it's  smaller

they look very undersized compared to the rest of your physique. Your left delt , as it appeared in the mirror shot too, looks smaller.

you asked about the structure and I answered.

Yeh i know my condition sucks, but what things do i need to work on other then of course my legs?

Go with what you know. I am sure you can get better advice from people around your gym and other competitors honestly. I would not be asking for anything from these guys on this board...

Whats your typical arm routine for example?
