Check out the CNBC video I posted.  This is the best interview on the subject I have seen.  I have a plumbing client with 30 employees who said he will shut down if this goes through because he cant stay in business.

After having to deal w/unions and a union "boss" in a large construction project in the past, I agree.  And maybe not all unions are like the ones we had to deal with, but they seemed like bullies.  Unfortunately, we now try to work w/non-union companies regarding further construction/repairs.
