That's until he diets down...Then it's Dex's to lose between the two. Jay has been overated since he won his non-deserved Arnold Classics. I think Ahmo Hight's family must have been judging those two yrs.

Jay just needs his body to flow better. He has all the massive features a great bodybuilder should have but he lost his way. I'm rooting for Jay this year.

Yes, it does seem as if Jay's hair is beginning to thin out. It appeared as if the man had a head of hair that would never look like anything less than full.

agreed, that makes me scared a little when I hit 40 or whatever he is at. I have great head of hair now, but what if it starts to back off on me then

He would still look great and has more hair than most 40 year olds, but that was his signature look. He can afford great hair transplants though.

It all depends on how the hair falls out. A receding hairline can definitely be repaired, but Jay seems to be thinning out everywhere. He might be in a tough situation if he thins out all over his scalp.

Who cares? Jay is massive, 2x Olympia. Looks the best on stage when he is 270+ like the good old days when it was Ronnie vs. Jay. C'mon haters it's the off season who needs separation? It's probably not easy when holding near 300lbs on that frame.

Yeah he is receding weirdly, maybe if he got a buzz cut you could see where he is actually thinning, he has so much damn hair you just can't tell if it's whole head top thinning or frontal thinning. I would be fine with it if I were him, not to get surgery cause he can get a smaller cut and look great still.
