2009 Arnold - Ron interviews Frank Mir

Here is the video of the interview with Frank Mir saying he is out of the rematch in May.

When Isaac and I met up with Brock Lesnar later on and told him, he did not know that Frank was out, and the news stunned him.  As big as Frank Mir is, Brock Lesner is even bigger.

been waiting for that rematch.....   now until they fight there is always gonna be a dark cloud on brock.... depending on who he fights next.....

Frank Mir is big, but here is Brock Lesnar when we told him that Frank has to delay the fight because of knee problems, and you don't want to piss off Brock. I am 6"1, 255 pounds, and look like a small kid next to him.

very debatable.

tyson grew up in brooklyn- i would put money on the fact he has kicked it off more outside of the ring than in it.

and there is NO WAY lesnar could match tyson's hand speed or power.

tyson in his prime would dismantle lesnar- in seconds.

Ron ,...Brock may be bigger, but Frank will  Kick Brocks ass again.I spoke to Frank Mir about 2 months ago when he was getting ready for his last fight.He was training at Stricking Unlimited here in Vegas. I would stop by and give him Waxey Maize Starch for him to drink while he was training.He was a complete gentlemen, at all times. He is a real humble guy.

Anyways he said he wished his last fight with Brock was for the title,but Brock won the title after him and Frank fought. He beleive the UFC  wanted Brock to be the UFC champion because he sells alot of tickets.He said he would fight Brock again anytime, and said he could beat him again.He said Brock is strong, but his punchs werent as hard as he thought.Frank said I have no problem getting inside of Brocks punchs because he so big, and tires easily.Frank said I will just take the fight to the ground again and put him in submission.

Frank is smart he is not going to try to stand toe to toe against Brock, and try to get into a swinging match with him. Frank will beat Brock with technique like he did last time.I like Brock Lensar, but he is to big, his arms are to big, and he carries way to much weight to be and effectivie fighter.All the weight and muscle needs oxygen, and thats why if you wtch his fights after 2-3 minutes in he is already breathing heavy.Brock may look impresiive but looks dont win fight technique does

Frank Mir is going own Brock Lensar again.He beat him in the last fight, he will beat him again.Frank isnt intimidated by Brocks size, because Frank is a technician in the cage.Trust me Brock will come out like blazing saddles again like he did before, and Frank will for sure put out his fire.Trust me on this.The last fight didnt even last 4 minutes, come on, it wasnt even close.lol.When somebody makes you tap out in the first round, not even 4 minutes into the fight ......you got owned
