Of course, i am in the comp fase. (Its still a lot for contest prep)
If i need more mass, i would eat way more.

Paco and his teacher since he was kid dont measure things that much.

What he does is always,"Hey Taka(Me), take off your shirt. Now front double bi.......(7 mandatories)".
And "mmmmmmm, ok.... lets eat more chicken!"
