It rewards Kai for being leaner and it's good for Vic and BB-he needs motivation to take it to the next level for the Olympia. That he looked surprised that he lost tells me he's a little too confident; this is a good wakeup call for him.
This reminds me of Gunter beating Ron, they're ok letting that happen at a show other than the Olympia, to make the Olympia more interesting the next time.
