Yes, that padded board Charles placed on the seat of the hammer strength row made all the difference.

would Flex have won as many shows without Glass? No one knows. Only Kai kknow that he might have learned something, and Glass is not for everyone, his way may not work for Kai.

you'll notice in a lot of sports the best coaches wernt the best players..

now take a guy with awesome genetics who can grow muscles from jerking off.. how well would he pick up,know, teach methods on how to build muscle?

what comes easy to you is hard to teach. what you had to struggle for -you can share that experience because you yourself had to learn..

All these guys, no matter how good their genetics might be, live and die by their prep coaches/guides. Sometimes it takes a guy a few tries to find the right coach, sometimes he hits it right pretty early.

Charles is one of the sharpest guys out there...has been for a long time. Kai wouldn't have hired him if he didn't need his help.

I spoke with Charles at breakfast yesterday morning, this guy is still on top of his game.

Yeah, Kai green trained with charles for a couple weeks, but switched back to his regular trainer a weeek or two before the arnold.

well i think it does factor in. if kai had been training with charles for a year, or even a few months, straight...and had used charles for his diet and everything all the way up untill the day of the show. thats very different than what happened. kai basically just spent a couple weeks learning how charles likes to train. not much more, i dont think.

Kai won in spite of Charles, not because of him. He had to dump him and get his old trainer out to LA to fix the prep that Charles nearly blew for him. Everyone at Golds was saying that Kai was way off and much too heavy through the prep with Glass. This was Kai's win with Oscar, period. He only mentioned Charles onstage because Kai is a class act, even if he is a little out there sometimes.

Did Charles get Kai his drugs? Did he set up his drug schedule? Did he do his diet? Did Kai follow the instructions? Hard to say what Charles had to do with the win unless we have all the facts.

If all Charles did was set up the board on the Hammer machine and count down the reps on the hyperextensions, and did this only for a couple of weeks, then he probably didn't have much to do with the win.

sometimes a short tutorial is all that's required from educators. not everyone needs 6 months with a charles glass or similar.

I LVE HOW ARNOLD SAYS THAT GLASS HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH KAI'S WIN

.. look.. he worked with charles for a bout a week and a half.. kai was quoted as saying he did not like glass' routines and went back to his old trainer.. glass even said that kai was hard to read so he (glass) had a hard time putting together a routine that fit. so it was not a good "teaming".. so how exactly did glass help his win?.. kai went back to his old trainer.. he did not like glass' routines.. ect ect.. as stated before.. it was kai's win.. glass had little or nothing to do with it..
