Running man was class...but if they remade it they'd probably put Justin Timerlake as the star cos the current crop of 'action movie heroes' are skinny girly-boys...Theres no Arnies or Van Dammes nowadays...and dont say Vin Diesel  :-X

All of the cast in this movie was great. Benny was awesome. If they make it it will be PG 13.  :'(

as long as hollywood doesn't touch Bloodsport, Kickboxer or Roadhouse, then they can remake anything they want

Hollywood hasn't had an original idea in over 10 years.  You notice like 90% of the movies coming out the past several years have either been remakes or movie versions of existing comics or tv shows?

You need to expand your movie going tastes beyond the Hollywood "blockbuster" garbage. Plenty of great smaller films.

I hate to say it but the running man wasn't so good that a sequel couldn't be tried...I  actually think "the rock" could actually fit into this role...However I think Stallone doing the sequel would be pretty cool...However Arnie and Sly made a pact never to do a sequel to each others movies so that point is mute...

If they got started on the thing now, they could make it a post war 2012 type of thing

im past that stage of only looking hollywood crap, the last movies i watched were french and italian, much more interesting. i experienced that movies on low budget can be awesome. who gives a shit about explosions and stuff anyway.

the running man was absolute garbage. if arnold wasn't in it none of you would be saying anything other than it was a pile of stinking shit. badly made, shot, acted, scripted.

total recall on the other hand just gets better with age. chaos starred in it too.

true - that era is over. I don't know why they need to remake movies over and over. Would it kill writers to use their imagination/creativity instead off rehashing 80's tv/movies?
