mark dugdale week in the dungeon

just watched this vid, and really enjoyed it.

dorian looked big, and mark came across as a real nice guy in it.

i thought dorian was a bit rude to him though with his cracks about being a girl/american. Although he was saying he was trying to get him motivated.

still good vid.

its a pity mark has disappeared these days as he is a good role model for bodybuilding, has a good physique, has a nice family, good manners, handsome poster boy type face.

thoughts?
