Yesterday I overdid the cardio and only got 1 hour of sleep.
When you have your days when you are small and flat (albeit veiny and ripped) do you still do cardio and resume like nothing ever happened?

Or do you carb up and leave cardio for another day?

This happens to me almost every day. The mind loves to play games when you are dieting. Stick to your plan and it will work out in the end.

I think definately 1 day off everything (training/cardio but NOT diet!) wouldnt hurt..continue your diet that day and try to get the sleeping time you have lost....

Definitely no cardio....... and put plenty of carbs in your system. IMHO I wouldn't want to appear flat. Can't stand the stringy look!!!!

If you were competing I'd say stick to the plan and don't let ANYTHING get you off course. . . since you're not I'd say taking a day off is ok.

bodybuilder1234,

I know i go on like a broken record about this but.....switch to HITT for your cardio (running wise).  the HITT intervals you spoke of in a pervious post ( i believe it was a boxing drill) aren't exactly what i'm referring to

I do HIIT, i dont do any of that slow walking stuff
I box, thats my skill. The dieting is just to look good but I still proceed with hard dieting as I believe its the quickest way to get there.
