2009 NPC Nationals - Rhino to compete there?

Any truth to the rumor flying around that Rhino says he is going to do the 09 nationals with the expectation of becoming an IFBB pro? And that he believes he would have placed either 9th or 10th at the Arnold?

I just got an email from Jack, regarding this comeback rumor.  He asked me to post--->

"Please tell technoviking that this is not true, that I have been banned from the NPC and will Never return.
 
Please post that I will be at the 09 Jr. USA though-to watch, because a certain person will be there competing and I want to help seal their fate......."

This should have happened to Sean Allen but when Rhino competed in the PDI, it was a professional organization and it was for money.  NPC rules state that in order to compete as an amateur, you cannot compete in a contest which pays prize money.

Rhino is most likely banned however even if he wasn't, I would seriously doubt he could qualify for the Nationals
