So I drove with 2 friends to the Arnold this year and had a great time. Working the Species booth and going out with friends made for a long tiring weekend but I managed to get in a terrific workout with Niko Hulslander on Friday on the platforms at the show. I pulled 374 for my last set...not too shabby! I'm only 2 weeks out from my powerlifting meet and I am super excited after watching some of the pl at the Arnold.

On Saturday I meet with Wolfgang from the boards, he ended up meeting out with us later at Boma for the afterhours party. I also had the chance to see AZ from the boards although we only chatted for a few minutes. Blockhead was of course there although he was with his lady friend which was a pleasant change rather then Special Ed.

It was great seeing you, and the entire crew there too. That video we took should get some people talk too, as well as the pics from the after parties.

oh and that is Eric Ramirez, he won the Light-Heavies at Jr. USA's last year. He is a very nice guy and I think he looks great.

lol, no. She is one of my best friends here in Chicago...Nicole Moneer...she competes in Fitness America and has placed in the top 15 in the World. So not only is she beautiful she is also flexible...
