i just took this one 5 min ago, but no more pics man, this is the last i will post for this year
so all that protein consumption and you look like you haven't gained an ounce, arms still look 13 inches MAX.

you've seen my picture and i'm not the one claiming phenemenal gains eating more protein, if eating huge amounts of protein is the key why aren't you big?
how can you only be 235 at 6'3" eating 350?
who cares... I'm not on steroids doucheI dont make gains on low protein. So if eating alot of protein works for me then why not do it...
If you're not on juice no need for much protein at all, no matter what tbombz tells you.
