Not sure he will answer this question, but is possible that the question would be better worded by changing the words "is" to "was". We have to consider the possibility that (assuming he did these things in the past), that he will move forward and no longer do them in the future.

At this point...probably invest in some property as the prices and interest rates aint going to get much lower...
