It provides real "stimulus" & motivation, for irresponsible polluters to actually get off their tushies,
and reduce their emissions. And when you have the only verified technology based on nobel prize winning science that actually reduces Particulate Matter, Carbon Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, and Oxides of Nitrogen...

2. China , Mexico and India will not sign on for this.

3. Domestic corps will simply move more manfg jobs overseas.

It goes like this for me. Im sure Bush's policies were intended for growth and help and it didnt work...we know it didnt work because we are seeing it now.

I say reserve judgement on obama until we see the fruits or weeds of his policies. We cant tell nothin in no 8 weeks. Also There were people who said bushes shit would work...im sure of it. So for the same amount of people saying obamas shit wont work, there are "experts" that say it will work.

I agree we need to see results to make a final judgement however you have ppl on here and in general praising obama for lowering taxes when in fact he hasnt really done that when you look at the big picture. You have ppl praising him for being the change we need when in fact his actions have fallen right in line with the say one thing do the opposite politician.
