Not really

But I did just come from the Gold's on Lake Mead. I was doing arms and half way through I look over to my left and see a big broskie sitting on the bench doing incline dumbbell chest press. I realized it was Jay. He was wearing a white hat, red underarmor shirt and grey pants with Adidas stripes.

This bastard was BEYOND HUGE!!! Not only that but he had veins (not Coleman like of course) and a flat stomach. I spoke with him when we ran into each other.
His thickness is off the charts. Like I said in another thread, Jay is the favorite going in. He works better when he has something to prove.

BTW the Gold's on Sahara closed

Everyone in the gym was staring at him...myself included. He was def Alpha Male.

He says bro alot. I didn't want to ask him too much cause he was working out but he seemed happy tp speak with me. I guess everyone else was too afraid to say something. I wil be prepared next time.

If you have any REAL questions you want me to ask next time I see him, post them here. I'll try to go same time tomorrow and maybe hell be there, maybe not. I know he likes to change things up.

I asked him what he thought about the Arnold Classic. He said Kai looked great.
When was next to him he was incline chesr pressing 155s...rather easily, no spot.

Yes, I just found out today. There were signs everywhere and I asked the manager and she confirmed. I'm shocked. I used to go there back when I was a teenager. They are opening another one on Losee in three months. They said it will have things the others won't. They needed to be more competitive with Las Vegas Athletic Club.
