my friend, give any donkey some roids and it will be big.. what really counts is to build a decent body naturally.. for me i don't even take any supplements.. i tried creatine years ago and it gave me good power but made me a little bloated so i stopped using it.. i also tried some usa brands of amino acids but didn't see any real improvment so didn't buy them again.. i eat as good as i can and train 3 times a week,.. that all..

amino acids and especially the ones you find in our markets labeled as "amino acid -insert number-" are nothing but cow gelatin, they will do you no noticeable difference at all. stick to whey if you can't afford or prepare sufficient meals.

Well, that also but mostly that they have absolutely zero public cleaning... garbage along the highways, ruined buildings everywhere, the people smell etc.

No one can believe anyone is natural.

for all we know you are a really skinny guy that takes roids to look halfway decent, and Okami is a solid guy who looks huge on juice.

Is that your pic that Bigknobs posted doing the ab shot? if so,while you look okay (need a lot more muscle)......the fact that you have competed makes me lean toward you being on something....most guys I know that are that into the sport take something.

lol.. did your friend visit the pyramids in the winter??.. as you know they are surrounded by sands so any small winds would blow the sands in the air.. but away from this area you don’t normally find any dust in the air..
