i am natural and i don't even take supplements.. i also don't train as serious as before when i was younger.. believe this or not it's up to you.. in the abs pics bob kindly posted i was 20 and 23 and during this time every year i was entering the yearly contest of my gym and because I was preparing myself naturally I was losing a lot of muscles while losing fats to be in shape.. now I am about to be 30 and don’t compete so I am not on a serious diet so don’t lose muscles as before.. still my abs looks very good

I have to say Sherief started posting some good threads a while ago with some good pictures. Not the usual Nasser nuthugging (same goes for other suckers who post the same Ronnie or Dorian shit over and over again). Then somewhere along the way he turned into a full time employee of Nasser's team. Sad story but the guy has a higher IQ then all the other Nasser nuthhuggers all together. I do remember him saying honestly that Dorian at his best was better than Nasser at his best. I don't know if he still has the balls to say so.
