most are too ashamed to even post a pic. hell look at most peoples attitudes always complaining and bitter about something, a truley happy /satisfied person never complains.
people need to start posting pics and challenge themselves to a better more fit lifestyle. i think then we would start to notice change in attitudes and confidence of posters who dont just simply talk big .
so dont be ashamed if your fat and mean acting, post a pic so you can feel the 'pressure' of being out of shape to become more in shape more quickly
the problem is people are scared of pressure and are too comfortable with fatness and acting angry
do you see fit dudes ever angry? no they are always happy and positive
