I thought it was a good idea, but alot of people on other boards was saying it was no good. But then they say Deca and winstrol is good!!!!!

I've ran it too and it was amazing.  I think the gains last longer after you stop when you add the winny compared to a d-bol only stack.

What dosage have you guys ran?  I was doing 50mg of each doing 25mg of each morning and night.  Thoughts?

Yeah I was wondering what dosage you guys are running as well?  A buddy wants to try dbol and winny.  He's got BD 50mg tabs and 10mg blue hearts.

half the winny into morning and night tabs due to half lives.

take the dbol every 4 hours due to half lives

better steady gains with less sides.

regarding bd winny tabs - they are seriously under dosed.

with the glass vials my tri's strength shot through the roof immediately by 30-40lbs and that was 1 vial orally every 2nd day.

with the bd orals i'm taking 40mg daily with nowhere near the strength gains.

so if you can get the glass vials at the same price - get them ( if you are ok with swallowing glass particles)

How do you take 40mg when the tabs are 50mg?  The ones i"m talking about are "BD" from IP 50mg ones yellow squares?

mine are 10mg each - same bd yellow squares.

Yeah those are not the ones I'm talking about.  I'm talking about the "BD" that IP china sells i.e. British Dispensary.  They are 50mg tabs and have heard quite good things about them.
