I've always thought the injectable form of B12 hydracobalamin, was far superior to a tablet or liquid form which is usually cyanocobalamin. Plus the idea of ingesting cyanide just for a cheap price doesn't really sit too well with me.

If you're going to take B-12, especially an expensive injectable, make sure you test your stomache acids first,
or you might just end up wasting your money. A substance does you no good without the ability to absorb it. The metabolism of B-12 is a bit unusual and is regulated by the amount of free acid available to you. Without enough free acid available to you, taking all the b vitamins in the world won't do you any good because you are not necessarily what you eat, ...you are what you absorb.

If you don't want to go to the hassle or expense of testing your stomache acids, consider taking some hydrochloric acid in order to ensure you get the most out of your B-12.

Hope That Helps,  :)

very good point......people stuff themselves with food but they forget the body can only process so much...... your body must absorb the nutrients from the food and what your body can't absorb, your system just flushes out.
