Your right about that. Dillet should have stayed retired. He looked horrid at that Montreal Pro. His training was very half assed. All machines and hammer strengths.

Its got nothing to do with the healthy route as much as he's moved on. You cannot be 300lbs ripped to the bone your whole life. The same deal goes for Levrone. They had their time and moved on. Simple.

GOOD POINT,true due to there chosen career and having to be extreme in all avenues to suceed it is a complete 360 to return normal.and to just train to be somewhat muscular and be 1/2 of what u were is not very motivating or challenging anymore,regular trainers like this board who eat,train,supp,to be a little better than avg or usual couch potatoe is our own gratification.these ex pros take that times 10xxx and are all or nothing mindset.to us training is fun and challenging to them its a small means with all the other stuff taken to get them on stage.
