Didn't some study or something say that a large portion of those "before" and "after" pics used in supplement ads are photoshopped like crazy and in most instances, both the before and after picture was taken on the same day?

yeah I remember something about that , I would assume that it's the everyday Joe's who were photoshopped , Paul wouldn't need it just a few cycles to get back into a shape he was already in and viola he ' gain 30 pounds of muscle ' and the preface by saying " results will vary " which protects them from lawsuits

And in the end they're protected from ANY liability because how does one prove Paul's ' muscle ' didn't come from the supplements or they didn't help? you can't same with the Colorado experiment with Viator who is to say? that's how these companies thrive the best defense is the internet which can exposes these scams to people

You know I'm no fool, I don't expect pro bodybuilders to look like pros in their retirement, but I do expect them to still look bigger than the average gym rat, or even the avg person for that matter.

I would think these old pros would at least get in a little bit of shape before going to something like the arnold classic and seeing so many fans. I mean i think even Arnold does a little bit to get in better shape before the Arnold Classic. If you want an example of someone pass their competitive age yet still looks great at these shows, just look at Bill Grant or Serge Nubret, hell even Lou Ferrigno (despite his jerkness). I mean these people get in shape because of what they represent, not for any bodybuilding titles, and their fans appreciate it. But of course sometimes health may deter this.
