I am at the gym and benching next to me is a 6 foot 160 pound skinny black guy and he is owning me on bench press. He was doing 275 for reps without a spotter. I feel like this happens all the time, some skinny black kid who for no reason is putting up way too much weight for his frame.

They were bred that way from the slavery days. The masters would breed the strongest males and females to make super slaves. Seriously. This is not racist but fact.

Also on the boat ride over, the weaker blacks died from mal nutrition and disease. It was a sort of natural selection where the strongest survived.

Yeah but what is weird is that they are always a lot stronger than they look.

Because they are eating a 12 piece bucket of KFC or Popeyes immediately before training. All that saturated fat is giving them strength up the ass. Plus the carbs from the biscuits. And then some.

Almost all of the worlds top weight-lifters, in any bodyweight, are white. There are very few top black weightlifters.
