A big relief to have everyone arrive today. We did a shoot for the Herald Sun (3.4 million daily readers).
The guys looked great after days of traveling. Cant wait till saturday, it will be an amazing show.

hes taking back density to a new level, theres no doubt there is a guy capable of taking everything on offer in september if his conditioning is on.

Says a lot for guys who take their bodies to their natural limits before hitting the drugs, both him and Ronnie both improved so much after they turned pro as they had so much left in the tank after years building a good base,training clean. I would bet heres two guys who when they retire wont disappear up their own arse like some other pros of note have done of late.

Silvio is a fun guy, he is not retiring and loves competing. He is one of the hardest competitors that I have ever seen. Kind of reminds me of Dexter, as in he will always compete in top shape.

Kai is unbelievable, even better in person. He is a very much misunderstood competitor. I am privelliged to have him in my show.
