The Eurotrash that you want to emulate so badly have their versions of Idol, too. Eurovision, all those crappy Brit shows, and whatever else. Most of them are probably just as inept as most Americans.  ;)

How is it irrelevant? You're not even European yet here you are acting like they're better than us because we have American Idol. Meanwhile, they have just as many idiotic shows at us and their people probably couldn't name most of their bureaucratic members either.
