Holy shit, he just gets better and better  :o



Video description:

At the 2009 Arnold Classic Derek attempts his final lift of 961lbs after previously pulling 906lbs and 939lbs. Derek completes the lift with some hitching involved (which is allowed) and PRs by 49.5 lbs. No suits or briefs were used, just straps. It was a great moment!

ive never seen anyone hitch like derek does, he will sit with the weight on his thighs... just crazy

you should post a clip of your 750 pull and show Derek how it's really done. ::)

ive told you many many times, that i am recovering from a bicep tear in jan, but i would be willing  to post a vid of anything else.... but than again where are your videos of all your "claims"
