Hey guys,

This is my last post here on getbig. For starters I don't post here much anymore...just don't have the time. Plus it's simply time to retire that name...it's run it's course and it's time to move on.

For those that know me well, you have my contact info and I will be under my "real" name over on ProBodybuilding.com

Also, I've asked Ron to give my Mod spot to Luv2Hurt...he's one of the best brightest guys on here, so he should do a great job!

Really enjoyed the past several years with some of you guys and have learned a lot and hopefully helped a few people along the way!

no offence to other mods, but AJ was the best mod IMO...good luck bro
