How many grams of carbs can you store in a pound of muscle?

the more muscle you add, the more your body can store glucose
how much is that?
let's just say per pound of muscle.

Depends on the sport, and the hard and often u train. It's said that if u train every 24h it makes bigger deposit. In all muscles, good sportman maybe have around 300gr of glycogen. 10kg of muscle is a realistic number. So 30gr per kg. Make sense?

Let's think about chicken, it use to be 20%prot, 1-2%carb, 1%fat, and water. So, 1kg is 200gr protein, 10-20 carb, 10gr fat, and almost 800gr water. So, I think it's around this...
