He might very well be a perfectly nice guy, BUT his damn attire selection is completely tacky and outdated. NO one wears a cheap T-shirt tucked into a pair of 80's-vintage, light blue jeans anymore. To top it all off, the guy doesn't even bother to wear a belt and has the most ugly pair of shoe/boots.

Obesity. Cheap Kenneth Cole Reaction mock loafers with plastic finish. Tapered Leg, Wide fitting, stone-washed Wrangler Jeans. Extremely overactive Sebaceous glands which causes oily skin and no precautions taken to remedy this affliction. No evidence of a weight lifted, ever. Poor choice in wearing that cheap shirt (Walmart?). Tucking in the shirt only serves to magnify and highlight his obesity.
