growing up in the gelato business is kinda like growing up the son of a magician in the sense that how a magician's son doesn't care about the "oohs" and "aahs" of even the most amazing trick, I got sick of ice cream and also grew to disdain because of all the yellings i would get for not making it right

It's just heavenly! And it's a Kiwi dish, although it's quite popular in Australia too. You have to taste it to believe it.

Unfortunally I don't know a Kiwi restaurant in Vienna, have to check if I can find one. :)

dunno what we'd serve you.. other that annoyingly cliche dishes

kangaroo meat is average, then i've only ever had it served in a similar way to corned beef
