No, it is a meringue with fresh cream and fresh fruit on top.

Does it also come with ice cream filling?

Here are some pics I got off Google. It's served combined with different things like fresh fruit (mostly strawberries and cherries), ice cream etc. It's got a crusty outer layer (that's quite thin) and the filling basically has the taste and texture of cake icing.

If you can be bothered, you can buy it online and have it shipped to you - it is sold fresh as well as in boxes / packaging like biscuits.
