The Rules:

1. Say 'no' to syringes and illicit substances
2. Do not wear the thong
3. Say 'no' to gay4pay
4. Do not pander to the homosexual supporters and money-men of the industry
5. Do not believe the misinformation dispelled by the unscrupulous supplement companies
6. Do not buy (or get caught reading) the bodybuilding magazines
7. Continue to call for an end to the corruption within the judging fraternity
8. Never oil up your body and prance around a stage jiggling your butt cheeks
9. Train hard and to failure, never compromising honesty and integrity.
10. Eat whole, real and natural foods regularly
11. Drink lots of water
12. Sleep 8 hours a day and keep stress to a minimum
13. Be happy in your own skin
14. Never take advice from a steroid abusing Pro
15. Train for yourself and only for yourself.
16. Always remember, Religion is a fairytale invented to control the masses
17. Make your own reality
18. Don't make loud and obnoxious sounds and gestures when training
19. Belly fat is really disgusting; get rid of it!
20. Never forget, woman are repulsed by insecure-steroided-Neanderthals

Spot on. You will get people attacking you for this, only because you whacked the nail straight on the head.

Yes, Coleman pre 2002 had a wide waist, hips and blocky look  ::)

Yates avoided the squat. Did that help his waist, hips and blocky look?

Its like Anthony Robbins says... "Humans are great at making excuses"

You don't like hard work. Do ya honey?

If you seen these people in person, you wouldn't believe how true the statements by Hank were...Esp/anything over 12 weeks out from a show... :-\  Jay Cutler/Ronnie Coleman couldn't fit their ass in a movie theatre seat even a couple weeks out from a show...True story

The Rules cont.....

51.  Steroids cause mood swings, irrationality and psychotic episodes
52.  Once 'off' the roids you will shrink back to your original size
53.  Steroids set up 'bad training patterns', promote laziness and provide a hollow sense of self
54. A drug user is a drug user; avoid the lure of the syringe
55. Train clean and enjoy the fruits of a naturally attained physique

The rule above every other rule: Bodybuilding was the worst thing to ever happen to strength training.

As we see in Hank Wood's "rules".

Yeah I sure don't want to train my obliques, I much rather brake my spine like a little twig.

of course not, only an idiot would think that you keep ZERO gains that you make on a cycle, if you keep training heavy and eating properly there's no reason why you shouldn't keep 75-80 percent of your gains.

Only if those gains are not above your natural limit.

I've been told by "experts" that you loose about 1/3 of your muscle gains after a cycle.
