a buddy of mine opened a snap fitness not to long ago and a couple of wholesale nutrition salesman are always giving him new products to try out and he said it worked pretty well....gained about 10-15lbs in 5 weeeks...keep in mind he has a good diet and workout routine....just wondering if any of you guys ever heard of it?
