Time to make some gym confessions

I don't care about strength at all.  Yes I am strong on some things like biceps but truthfully I can't even bench over 200. 
(Although I do realize to gain size some increase in strength is expected) 

I never do squats.  I have tried them but they make my back and knees feel like they are about to snap.  My legs are genetically good enough so I always do hack squats or leg press instead of squats. 

I rarely ever work abs.  They are so boring.  Not that you could ever see them with all my abdominal fat. 

I use machines way too much on back day.  I need to start using free weights more. 

I'm natural but if I used steroids I would still claim natural and only tell one or two close friends. 

I don't workout with a training partner anymore and I don't like to talk to people at the gym so I don't go very heavy on lifts that one would traditionally use a spotter on.

i don't squat anymore neither, because my form sucks. legs are naturally big as well.
I don't used a training partner.
im natural too. we got those in common. :)

i focus on strength too be trying to fail at 8-10 reps, and do abs, and drink lactose-free milk. ;D

since i went to the chiropractor for shoulder tendonitis, i've been training consistently 5 days a week.   But I've been training like a little bitch.  I went over 200 for the bench press 2 days ago and it sucked.

I have small calves and forearms
I have a nearly identical hairstyle to AXA chaotic which i have to tuck into my shirt before using some machines.

I've been training like a little bitch.  I went over 200 for the bench press 2 days ago and it sucked.

1. I'm 6'0 260 lbs, believe it or not alot of it's muscle.
2. I like a mixture between free weights and machines. I mostly use the machines to force more blood into the muscle.
3. Diets suck, but I always make sure to eat enough protein and carbs.
4. I would rather eat a little more ice cream and train twice that day doing extra cardio.
5. I'm focused all the time at the gym and dont get distracted by huge boobs. Only on weights though but cardio I get distracted by big boobs very easily.
6. I always rack my weights and wipe off my equipment. I just think of people that don't do it as lazy bastards that will look the same next month.
7. I train everyday and if I skip one day out of the week. It feels like I have to much energy and get irratated over bullshit to easily.

I have never managed to stick to a routine for more than 1 week.

I never know what I am going to work before i get to the gym.

I have never benched over 220

I have never followed a "bodybuilding eating plan" for more than couple of days.

I feel bad when i see people post their diets and realise how bad mine is

i was the same way on squats, but if you take a little time it makes all the diff in the world, now leg day and squats are what i look forward to all week
