1. I'm 6'0 260 lbs, believe it or not alot of it's muscle.
2. I like a mixture between free weights and machines. I mostly use the machines to force more blood into the muscle.
3. Diets suck, but I always make sure to eat enough protein and carbs.
4. I would rather eat a little more ice cream and train twice that day doing extra cardio.
5. I'm focused all the time at the gym and dont get distracted by huge boobs. Only on weights though but cardio I get distracted by big boobs very easily.
6. I always rack my weights and wipe off my equipment. I just think of people that don't do it as lazy bastards that will look the same next month.
7. I train everyday and if I skip one day out of the week. It feels like I have to much energy and get irratated over bullshit to easily.
