El Pollo Loco

I have never eaten there but I was looking at their menu and nutritonal info online and it looks like a good fast food option for a getbigger who is trying to eat healthier on the go.  Maybe I will give them a try.

Yeah it looks like it.  You can get the flame grilled chicken which has zero carbs and they even have healthy sides, like vegetable and salads.  Maybe I will give them a try tonight after the gym.

Pollo Loco is about the only fast food restaurant I'll go to.  The rotisserie chicken at Koo Koo Roo is good too, but can be salty.    In a bind I'll eat a Carls Jr chicken sandwich.     (these are all west coast restaurants.  Carls Jr bought out Hardee's a few years back, different names, but pretty much the same menu)

Agreed!!!

When you're on the road as much as I am, sometimes the only thing decent you can find is KFC, but lately on the Left Coast, El Pollo Loco's are popping up in a lot of places now.
I go there and fuck up some huge amounts of chicken!!!
I love the 8pc mixed with the Light Minute Maid Lemonade when I'm trying to watch what I'm eating.
