buy anything at your gym? whether it be water, red bull, protein shake etc. ? i've never bought nor will i buy anything at my gym, i see alot of people buying the golds gym wife beaters

if my gym actually spent money on benches and weight, yeah maybe i'd buy something here and there, but for fucks sake 15 medicine balls are more than enough, and no thanks we dont need another plasma playing britney or some old ass love song

My whole life I think I have bought one Golds t-shirt that was on sale, and I bought a bottle of water a couple weeks ago which I always resuse, and am still using it.

I have that pinned up on my bedroom wall.

That's the closest i got to the "mecca" of bodybuilding

Sometimes I buy a Myoplex for about $3.50 if I am really hungry/thristy to hold me over for an hour or two.

Where do you train at? I train at Lifestyles in Bradenton, Florida and L.A. East Fitness when in Beckley, West Virginia and those assholes made me buy their stupid ass towels for $2 a piece. What the hell do i care if it says Lifestyles on it or not? I hate those big ass gyms but in these towns, no other places to workout at.

I travel alot and i workout in different gyms around the country. I am straight bro. I have been in a hospital with my g/f's parents in Columbus, Ohio while her dad is very sick and keep on getbig while at the hospital. I had a seizure two weeks ago and my g/f brought me my laptop and had to check out what was going on Getbig. Getbig.com is the best bodybuilding site on the net and respect the mods and all the people on here and like to thank Ron for making a great Bodybuilding website with other goodies.

same here. They used to sell some protein powder here, some cheap no name shit, 500g for the price of 2,5kg of whey online.

gold's.towels were 5 bucks each. they say to have to bring a towel, but they are not consent of their enforcement of that rule.
